Due to commitments to existing web development clients I am not generally accepting new clients.

If you need to get a hold me me urgently please send me an EMAIL detailing the problem and include any error messages you may have seen. Sending a TXT message to my cell phone may also be a good idea especially in the weekend.

I address all issues as quickly as I can however....

If you say 'Call me urgently' or 'We have a life or death situation' but don't actually describe the issue I will assume its really trivial and will only follow it up when I get around to it. On the other hand if you have detailed the problem and it really is urgent then I will do what I can to get to it sooner.

Phoning me may be unreliable as I often ignore phone calls for one reason or another but I will answer if I can.
